Market Recap
Well, the market took the day off. While the indices closed flat, our bulletin stocks were hard at work increasing our portfolio value with a bunch of green. The Dow and S&P each closed down a fraction while the Nasdaq was up for the 6th day in a row albeit gaining only 2 points. Some of the standouts from the Bulletin and Day Trade list are AAPL, CEPH, ENER, BCRX, FWLT, INSM, SIGM, SUF, THOR, ISRG, and CNXT.
We have a 4.6% realized gain so far in the first 6 trading days, but we also have an additional 10% of unrealized gains if we were to close out all the open positions as of today's closing prices.
Bonus Chart
As a bonus, we will now post one extra chart on our StockCharts public list. This will serve two purposes:
1. It will give our public viewers and potential new members a current chart to look at, and
2. It will give our number of hits to our public list a little boost when you click the link to view the bonus chart.
