Good evening friends,

2 Steps Forward, 1 Step Back
Allen Greenspam strikes again, every time this guy gets on the tube and talks, the market tanks. He's ruined the party once again, why does he even bother to get out of bed in the morning? The market was down before he began speaking but his speech definitely contributed to the selling. However, by the end of the day, the market was off its lows. This was a good excuse to sell an overbought market today, and the market wasted no time doing so as Greenspam uttered his first words. As I have noted before, the market is over bought and we need to consolidate these recent gains. These pullbacks are very healthy for the markets overall, and they need to happen to shakeout the weak hands. You may not think this is good when you look at your bottom line today, but it really isn't that bad considering the gains our portfolio has made yesterday. I gave back half the gains I made yesterday; if we can do that all year long, we'll be in great shape by year's end.

Earnings and the After Hours Market
Even though the markets were down, we still had bulletin stocks making new 52 week highs today and they were SBAC, ENCY, TGA, IMOS, AXTI, WTER, IONA, NAVR and ANSR.  I expect another flat day tomorrow with not much action until we approach the close.  Tomorrow's last hour of trading will be very interesting as we wait for INTC to release its earnings after the bell. Don't leave your screens at the bell, because after hours trading will be in full force. Anytime one of these big cap tech stocks release earnings, your trading day doesn't end at 4 PM EST. On these days, we must work a little over time to watch what is happening in the after hours session.

Need Some Space?
Space stocks may be the next big craze, and I'm trying to find a few for our Bulletin. It may take a few more days and maybe even the weekend to find some, but we certainly want to be on this rocket for the ride up. I'll bet Lou Dobbs of CNN is a happy camper over all this talk of space missions. He is an avid space connoisseur and the former CEO of Space.com. Since we are in a holding pattern awaiting the INTC news tomorrow evening, there is not much else to talk about tonight so let's get right to the stocks and charts for tomorrow.

For the active BB player, here are some for your watch list and should move up soon: IGNE, AMWS, ECEC, and NNPP.  Here are also some honorable mentions that couldn't make the cutoff of 50 stocks for the bulletin, but they need to be watched for movement. These honorable mentions are: CRIO, VASO, CNET, DYAX, RMKR, FCSE, and ZICA.  Have a great night everyone, we'll see you all Wednesday evening.

Announcement:
I have some business on Friday January 16th; I will neither be available on message boards nor will I be sending alerts that day. Please make sure you plan your trades and trade your plan, thank-you.

Announcement:
As a part of our marketing campaign, we have been sending out a commentary each Sunday to our free board members. The mini-commentary is a scaled down version of the member commentary that is meant to give free members a small taste of what is available to subscribers. Selected stocks charts are also being posted to the public forum once a week as part of this campaign.

Announcement:
The daily Bulletins and Commentary are no longer posted on the member board, unless the website is having an extended down time. In that case, the member board will serve as our backup. This will help us provide better service - files are located in one place and all subscribers use our service in the same way to read/download Bulletins.
