Good evening friends,
The NASDAQ keeps charging ahead to new 52 week highs every day and today was no exception as this index looks very powerful right now. This morning we had a slight pull back, but buyers stepped in again. True bull markets operate in this manner so you are witnessing bull market action at its best. Buyers will buy every dip in bull markets and right now, nothing seems to be able to stop these bulls from pushing the NASDAQ higher. We'll probably see more buying tomorrow and by late afternoon or Friday morning we should see some profit taking. This profit taking will not be all bad, it's healthy action and weeds out the weak hands. Many charts are looking very good right now and these small pull backs create very nice flags and pennants on charts, and by now you know that these are my favorite formations to trade from. Bulletin stocks making new 52-week highs today included CRGN, EGOV, TRPH, CVNS, CPHD, IKN, VC, IMOS and SBYN.
All indexes are looking very good in this market. Let's not forget the S&P 500 either; its chart is looking as good as the Dow and NASDAQ. I don't mention it much but it is even more important then the Dow in my opinion. I talk about the Dow and NASDAQ because these are the most widely followed indices, but the S&P 500 and the Russell 2000 are indices that should be looked at as well. The Russell is where the small caps are tracked, so that will give you an indication of how the small cap stocks are trending. The Russell 2000 is of particular interest because we trade small caps at TWPD.
EMRG was up 150% today. It ran in the last 30 minutes of trading, and it is still moving up in after hours trading. Reading the message board after the fact, I see we had a heads up on the EMRG news and could have got in. I hope you were able to take advantage of the great post by this alert subscriber. I missed out on the trade because a rarely read the board in the last hour of trading. I like to concentrate on the close by watching all the stocks in my watch list for buy and sell signals at the end of the day. Unfortunately, EMRG was not loaded in my watch list and did not see it moving. As I noted last night, because there are so many charts that look good, I am having trouble trying to watch them all. I haven't seen this many charts looking this good for a long time. This should tell you that this is a prime time to be long in this great American stock market. My watch list is maxed out and there is no room for more charts unless I drop some. What a great position to be in!!! ?
Our recent OTC BB plays are doing well; CCCI was up big today, it's a china stock and these stocks are getting hot again. Look for CXIN, FGWC, IPVO, WTER, MDPA, and MDPA to move very soon. Here are a couple of lower priced stocks on my list to day trade tomorrow for a nice gain: SCKT and CMGI.
Have a great night everyone, we'll see you all Thursday evening.
Announcement:
The daily Bulletins and Commentary are no longer posted on the member board, unless the website is having an extended down time. In that case, the member board will serve as our backup. This will help us provide better service - files are located in one place and all subscribers use our service in the same way to read/download Bulletins.
Announcement:
NASDAQ no longer allows delayed quotes through their website. TWPD was using their service to access delayed quote information to provide 15 minute delayed quotes for our bulletin stocks. We are currently searching to find a new service to provide us with delayed quotes. We will temporarily remove this feature from web site until a solution is found.
