Good evening friends,

On days like this don't you just love the fact that you are sitting back with almost all your cash and only trading in stocks that are going up?  We are sitting with 80% cash and the 20% we are working with are in stocks that are breaking out.  We had more big winners again today from last night's bulletin and they were SSTR with a buy point of 1.10 and it took off and closed at 1.48.  Two other winners today were MSSN, hitting our buy point of 2.26 as well as the snap back intra day alert on SOFO at 1.94 (near the low) that ran back up to 2.29 after our buy.  It's great to be in cash but really, if you had bought all the stocks on the Bulletin tonight, you would be green for the day in this brutal down market.  Folks 20 stocks on last night's Bulletin closed the day Green.  I made a point of this in tonight's Bulletin for you to see.  I want to change the pace of things a little since we are in cash and there isn't much to talk about tonight in the way of stocks so I want you to take a look at the BFUN chart in tonight's chart section.  I want you to always know that when I call someone a dumboberry, I'm not trying to belittle that person.  I actually feel sorry for them and I want to help them.  It's not there fault they are like this.  A dumboberry is my polite term for someone that is ignorant.  Being ignorant is not a bad thing if you are willing to recognize you are and you are willing to change and learn so you can eliminate your ignorance.  A dumboberry is simply someone who doesn't know and we have not taught them yet.  Someone who is ignorant and refuses to learn is a fool. I don't feel sorry for fools because I have given them the opportunity to learn and the have refused. They are the bashers that run around mad at the world and think everyone is out to hurt them.  They refuse to see the good in people.  We have had some subscribers that have canceled the service but have recently came back.  They see the value in the service and are changing their way of thinking.  Congratulations to these individuals.  They have taken the first step to controlling their financial future by learning the easiest way to make money I have ever known (Trading stocks of course).  I want to help all the dumboberries out there.  I received an email from a subscriber last night who was once a dumboberry and is now learning with our group.  He sends this excerpt from briefing.com, take a moment and read this please.
From Briefing.com 9/26/03: Most (successful) active investors understand the importance of Technical Analysis (TA) in making trading and investment decisions. Of course, most new traders begin their journey trading news, rumors and general hype. This route can be profitable for a period (under the right market conditions). It usually takes new traders about 2-5 years to begin grasping TA, and to come to the realization that it is a must have in one's trading toolbox. (This realization usually occurs once new traders have lost most of their assets buying momentum stocks at tops and wondering how is it that they are so consistently wrong).
The above statement is the truth and the new people in the market are wise to listen. I was their once, I was once a dumboberry to.  I have lived the life of a dumboberry and I am living proof that it can be overcome. I once lost over 200K when I first got in the stock market. I'm running a little long tonight so I won't get into it but one night when the market is dead and there is nothing much to say, I'll tell you my story.  There is hope for everyone in the stock market; you just have to be willing to learn all you can about how the game is played.  That's what I did. I read every book I could get my hands on. I listen to those who had much more experience in the market then I did.  I sat there and I shut up and I listened and absorbed everything I could, my brain was a sponge and their words were the gravy, I soaked it all in.  The people on or message board are a wealth of knowledge.  I'm proud to see the progress a lot of the original members have made in their trading abilities, It shows in their posts and others that came on board after are learning fast.  When you read my story one night in a future Bulletin, you'll know why I want to help everybody I can. You'll understand why I give 10% to my church and why I volunteer my time in the community.  It will be crystal clear to you and you'll also want to get involved in the sharing of good things in life.  I know this commentary didn't have much to do with stocks tonight but there isn't many stocks looking good right now and I thought this would be a good time to make the point that I'm not making fun of anyone when I say dumboberry. It's just a term I use for the person we need to help.  Remember that Cash is king and if you aren't in cash buy some of my alerts LOL. I'll see you all Wednesday night.

* REMINDER- I am coaching in a fall baseball tournament in Nevada on the 16-18 Oct.  It's a five-hour drive so I will be leaving Wednesday night the 15th. Because of this, only a quick Bulletin will be issued the 15th.  I will issue a full Bulletin from Nevada Thursday evening from the hotel providing I have connection. If not, there will be no Bulletin for that night. I will not be on the boards Thursday or Friday the 16th and 17th but will view all posts in the evenings from the hotel. This is the final baseball tournament of the season.
