Market Recap
It has been 7 days of gains in a row for the Nasdaq as it tacked on another 11 points today. The Dow and S&P continued their upward climbs as well after taking yesterday off and closing flat. Today they gained 31 and 5 points respectively. This market looks very strong right now, there are just no sellers to be found. Every time stocks pullback, buyers are there to step in and support this market move.
Small Priced Stocks Starting to Look Much Better
We have noticed many small stocks moving higher these days with some setting up really nicely lately. To name a few: CNXT, CIEN, JDSU, FNSR, INSM, TMTA, TXCC, MDII, GIGM, and IMMU. Most of these have either appeared in our chart section and/or have been added to our Bulletin. We made tremendous gains playing these small stocks back in 2003, but we moved away from them in 2004 and 2005 because these plays were no longer working in that type of market. So far in 2006, they seem to be doing well and if this bull market stays around for awhile, we will play more and more of them.
